[Hallicrafters] Cold storage for vaccum tubes

I have not had a problem I can attribute to cold storage, the building
holding most of my parts (and tubes) never drops below 55F. But I have
had sagging filament shorts when some tubes were stored in a horizontal
plane. Keep them vertical especially the direct heater types.
Some tubes just have fragile filaments, that do not hold up over time,
likely due to their construction materials. There was a good discussion
on this a few months back on the Boatanchors reflector.
