I had one in the mid 60's.   The ads were very good but the actual receiver
was not as advertised.
True it was a fair CW/SSB receiver but did not replace my HQ170.   First,
the dial calibration appears to be 1 kcs but no way near and mot even linear
from one end to the other.   I will say it looks good.
A Drake R4A finally replaced the HQ170.   They are fairly rare today and go
from $300 up today.
