[GVARC] NTS operation and traffic handling opportunities

Hi all,

During this evening's South County ARES Net we briefly announced and
discussed the availability of a weekly Santa Clara Valley Section National
Traffic System net.  It occurred to me we should mention this to all members
of the club.

The Santa Clara Valley section NTS net operates each Tuesday at 21:00 local
time on essentially the same frequencies used by the SVECS ARES net. The
easiest means for us here in South County to access it is via the N6NAC
repeater on 444.625+ 110.9PL. It is a good opportunity to become a part of
the NTS.  For training material see the following sites:
