[GVARC] Multimedia Preps needed

Hello Folks,


I have been asked to make a presentation at Harry's Hoffbrau in Redwood City 
on March 14.  This is the meeting for the Northern California DX Club. There 
is limited seating, and a dinner served, so if you want to go, check with 
Jerry, k6md@aol.com to see if there is adequate seating space for guests.

I need to secure some presentation hardware for my presentation.  If you can 
assist, it would be much appreciated.  I am looking for:

1. A proven, internet capable computer, with 56K modem.
2. An OPAQUE overhead projector.
3. a long telephone company RJ-11 extension line for hooking the computer to 
a telco wall jack--maybe even 100 feet.
4.  A portable screen to set up and project to
5.  A computer projector for realtime display of the internet.
6.  An able assistant familiar with all these devices.
7.  Someone who can scout out the meeting place, Harry's Hoffbrau in Redwood 
city, to locate 110VAC outlets, extension cord reqts, telco hookup details 
and if a dream internet connection (DSL) already exists, that can be used 
for the presentation. Multi outlet strips..
8. A spare transparency overhead projector
