[GreenKeys] FSK Audio files for Test and Evaluation. Now 6 bit

Going back to the files - one suggestion that may or may not be helpful; if
you can have a voice describing the file before the meat plays. For example:

Battleship wiki 850shift 45 baud

The reason I mention this, is because I may try to leverage a cheapo MP3
player or something on the ship as there's no internet access there. Yes I
can also do a "better" mp3 player with screen and all, but if I (or anyone)
happens to be playing the files blind (let's really go out in left field
and say even from a CD!), then the file has an audio header the describes
what it is.

I guess another use case may be if the file name gets changed by accident
per se too.
