[GreenKeys] 28 mini KSR (ugc-20/ugc-77) speed

Well this made me take the cover off of mine.  I think my problem is 
that I can't get enough bite on the new knob to keep it from slipping.  
With the cover off and access internally I can shift all 3 speeds.  The 
original knob would have a screw going through the hole in the shaft so 
no slippage problem with it.
