[GreenKeys] 28 mini KSR (ugc-20/ugc-77) speed

[John, W9DDD]

Well I stood on my head and squinted and managed to find a position 
where I can get a screwdriver onto the second set screw (on the side). 
Now have both set screws as tight as I can get them.

It seems to me that it's taking too much force even if I grab the rod at 
the back end and wrestle it there instead at the knob.  Is it possible 
I've missed something in the lubrication process?
