[GreenKeys] 28 mini KSR (ugc-20/ugc-77) speed

Awesome! Thanks! Yeah I -think- i feel the detent between them, but I'll
have to go back and see if I can hear a difference. I know there wasn't a
defined clunk like you're seeing. Also I did remove the cover and ensure
the lever was all the way counter-clockwise as far as it would go.

 In that room there is a giant HVAC blower running so I may have missed it
(I think we can turn that off temporarily).
