Here's a video of shifting gears on a 28 Compact - there are very distinct sounds while running and shifting between the three speeds. Are you really shifting to the 45 baud gears? On Sat, Sep 23, 2023 at 9:16 PM Nick England <navy.radio@gmail.com> wrote:There are 3 separate pairs of gears that get selected by the lever. So somehow you aren’t really selecting the 45.5 pair. There is no adjusting the speed except by selecting one of the pairs. I’ll take some photos.NickOn Sat, Sep 23, 2023 at 8:15 PM Jeffrey Golas <jeffg@junknet.net> wrote:Hey all, figured Id ask here too. At the ship we have this ugc-77 (low level 28 mini) that has a selectable gearbox (45.5/50/75 baud). Despite putting it on far counter-clockwise position, its stuck at 50 baud and not 45.5. Does anyone know if I can adjust it further to get it back to 45.5?
I guess I should RTFM too.
