The top / first code bar is not properly moving, and the bell I think is
the paper warning arm.
I have a spare encoder that came with the spare printer, so I am going to
do a transplant. It is only a partial encoder, but it has the piece that is
broken on mine.
I have Mike Douglas's RS232 adapter ready to go, so once I address the 1st
code bar I can send it some characters :)
