[GreenKeys] My Puzzle for the day

I like a good puzzle and I just had to figure out what the tape said in
this advertisement.

Extra credit if you can figure out what it says for the second half to the
bottom of the page. That was the hardest part.

For the 2nd half...
I blew it up in photoshop to figure out the the large percentage of the
bits and was able to extrapolate the missing ones from the sentence.
