[GreenKeys] Model 14 restoration

I wonder if this warning was anything like the and of film
warning attached to some theater projectors. It had a bell with
an arm that rested on the side of the reel. As long as it fell on
film the bell didn't ring but when the film ran out the arm would
poke through the holes in the reel and work the bell. You could
sometimes hear them in the audience if the film was not loud. It
was a signal to wake the operator up to watch for the change over
cues.
