[GreenKeys] Model 14 restoration

Its been years for me too but thought the second bell triggered after a fixed
number of characters (end of line) reminding the operator to insert CR-CR-LF when making
a tape that will eventually be used with a page printer. There should be a spiral gear a
pin rides in and when it gets to a point (adjustable?), the bell triggers. It
rests with CR.

But I'm getting old with faded memory so could be full of beans.
