[GreenKeys] WRU key code

The Western Union supplied Model 28 Telex machines were rare. There were some in the very large customers main offices. Luckily, I was able to snag a Model 28 Telex when my office in NJ was closed.

Western Union used a LABD-500 to supply the WRU function. The LABD-500 is located in the base. Interesting stunt box coding to prevent the local answer back from activating when the local operator selected FIGS D.
