[GreenKeys] Getting Teletype model 15 type basket back into type carriage

The instruction say to put a string or wire around the pullbars when
removing the type basket so they clear the code bars when disassembling. I
finally put my wire back around the pullbars when putting it back
together, and it worked. Before that, it was a real struggle to get the
type basket back in.
