Well I hadn't thought of using something to raise the pullbars out of
the code bars, but what I always do is just get the knob under the
type basket properly aligned with the bail that drives it, or just
push it toward the back manually, and that raises all the pull bars.
And you can turn the motor to get the driving bail in line with the
knob.
