[GreenKeys] More mysteries

[John, W9DDD]

I've since found 
http://www.navy-radio.com/manuals/tty/28KSR-FAA-IMD-D-361.pdf which is 
similar in terms of relay designations, except it only has one RS relay. 
  I have RS1 and RS2.  Perhaps a later model?
