That's kinda weird -

As you mention, there's no FSN that begins with 5815, and converting to 
NSN (add -00 - like "5815-00-XXX-XXXX") gets no hits. "5315" returns 
nothing as well.

If the 5-digit number is a CAGE code (Commercial and Government Entity 
code) - it comes back to a glass products machinery company in PA.
