[GreenKeys] USN Weather reports

Success! Tom has made contact with greenkeyer Dan Provost who is a former
Navy Aerographer (weatherman), knows all about the Navy report formats, and
has batches of real data, maps, etc. I just sent Dan a roll of old canary
yellow paper so that the reports he prints for display look authentic.
Thanks to all who replied with useful info. FWIW, The Navy report format
Tom was looking for is not the same as the METAR report like Tony had
broadcast on ITTY.
