[GreenKeys] Teletype DRPE tuned reed mechanism

Thank you everyone for the responses!
The DRPE was capable of reaching 240 CPS, which is really incredible. The
BRPE topped out at 110 it appears.
I received a BRPE yesterday that seems to be fully working. I ordered an
appropriate parallel connector from digikey so I can drive it from a
microcontroller and will make a video of it in operation at some point
hopefully soon.
