[GreenKeys] Teletype DRPE tuned reed mechanism

Hello, I have gotten a relay based controller built and working for the
BRPE (at reduced speed) and had some questions so I can make a nice youtube
video about the device.

Does anyone know what year the BRPE was released? I am thinking 1954 based
on this:

What were the primary real world uses for the BRPE?

How much did a BRPE cost new?

Was there an ARPE?
