[GreenKeys] Mystery Teletype...

Pictures in this M38 catalog supplement are obviously the wide carriage 
versions and those are artist's renditions anyhow (compare to full 
catalog).  Note the comment about there not being a local LF button on 
the RO version.  So the RO picture is wrong with all its buttons.

I'm suggesting a M38RO.

Someone mentioned a 37.  I believe that was an extension of the 28/35 
lines and used a typebox rather than a drum.
