[GreenKeys] 45.45

Well, I mean a COM port as found on elder PC's.
I have experienced that quite some PC-based COM ports cannot be set to 
speeds below 300 bps, and I have never seen support of speeds below 50 bps.
Paul Wills sent me a solution.
