I find setting "fair" shipping hard to price. I don't keep a stock of bubble
wrap, or polystyrene bead things or jiffy bags, so often I have to buy them
to ship stuff and price shipping accordingly. When I put down the real cost
from the post office folks moan and say "you can get them cheaper from x/y
or Z This may be true but they its an extra trip to x/y/z....

... and when buying , especially delicate stuff, I would rather PAY a proper
price for the packaging and have at least a 10% chance of it arriving
unscathed.... I bought some stuff from eastern Europe and after some
prompting we got proper packaging...
