[GreenKeys] 28 reperf tape routing question

I have heard from several folks recommending the "under the post" tape
routing based on their past practice.
I also found 50247S for installing the slack tape mechanism which
unfortunately does not include a drawing showing the tape routing. However,
the description includes the following which certainly implies the "over
the post" route.
"When the tape depressor rotates, it pushes the tape down between the end
of the tape platform and a post, causing a loop of tape to be formed."
All this isn't a huge deal as either way seems to work satisfactorily, but
I like knowing what those clever lads in Skokie really intended.
