[GreenKeys] 2018 RTTY RU to include a "REAL" Teletype award category

The Kleinschmidt TT-98 series printers had automatic CR/LF. And there
was a version of the TT-4 that had it also. Important for RTTY/RATT
operation!!
Maybe I'll have to borrow a TT-98 from the Museum for the contest.
