[GreenKeys] 2018 RTTY RU to include a "REAL" Teletype award category

Doc,

I'd be interested in seeing the documentation on the modification. If I'm
going to use my 19 I'll need it. Contesting with one of mine has always
been a long term goal but up until now I was afraid to use a page printer
because of the aforementioned hole pounding. That leaves the tape printers,
but I could never print a tape because of the same problem.
