[GreenKeys] What's this Western Union keyboard device?

can we get access to the actual photo?  there is writing on her  machine 
front maybe higher res scan  etc.....

maybe it is   keyboard actuated thing to makes  sounds and music!?  just 
happens to  have typewriter with a telegram next to it!? <grin!>
