Hi,
Saw your post regarding your TT-117A/FG. I do not understand the statement "...the magnets are not strapped for 60 ma". If you could explain what you meant I might be able to help.

I have TM11-2246 which is the detailed AN/FGC-25 manual that covers TT-117/FG, but I am not at home to check it against your measurements. The 400 ohms or so sounds right. I have a complete AN/FGC-25 set that I recently put back into operation.

You say it is running open. Did you measure 60mA loop current while running open?

With all power off and magnet in mark state can you hand rotate the motor until the cam stop engages the magnet blade and the cam stops rotating?

Did you try sending data while the motor is off to listen if the magnet is operating?
