This appears to be a special TD, with a special distributor ring---and 
perhaps "de-milled" by the removal of a portion of the wiper.
The distributor does not appear to be of the special type that sends two 
logical circuits over one physical circuit by splitting the standard 
22ms pulse into "early" and "late" pulses....this distributor is 
asymmetrical in that regard.  Anybody know what's 'going on'?
