[GreenKeys] RTTY Stuff from estate

Thanks to all who commented regarding the Teletype Corp. manuals. The
club was hoping for a monetary donation but I've forwarded all offers
for their consideration.

Next, I'd like to list the RTTY equipment that I could identify as such:

1. Western Electric *I-193-A Test set. *The following description was
found online, I know the tools are missing and maybe more, obviously we
can't guarantee anything. It's in the small wooden transit case.

"Polar relay test set. For testing and adjusting W.E.Co. telegraph polar
relays 255A, D-163119A and D-164618. Includes special adjusting tools
for these relays. Test set also provides source of 10 or 20 cycles
“open-and-closed” signals for lining up the X-61822 carrier telegraph
system. Cords supplied for connecting to DC power source, or to
rectifier such as RA-37 or RA-87. Power required, 10 watts, 115-130 VDC"

2. RA-87A rectifier unit

3. CM57/URR (2 ea) RCA
     CM14/URR (1 ea) RCA
Per Nick's pages, http://www.virhistory.com/navy/rtty-demod.htm I found
that the AN/URA-6 diversity system comprises two CV-57/URR plus one
CM-14/URR Comparator, so three major components for a diversity
receiving setup are here (not sure about any accessories, cables, etc).

4. Probably of minimal interest, but there's what seemed to be a
homebrew TU in a 19" rack mount. Also a couple of desktop rack cabinets.

5. A number of boxes of TTY paper on rolls. I forgot to get a count
but I will do so.

As before, this stuff is of such a narrow range of interest the club is
looking for fair offers on one or all. Shipping will obviously be
prohibitively expensive so local pick-up would be preferred, or we could
bring things to an area hamfest. The gear is located about 2 hours
west of Chicago in northwest Illinois.

Thanks again for the chance to share things that otherwise might not be.

73, Bob W9RAN
