The unit that Vladamir just bought:

    I've bought STA-M67B (СТА-М67Б). Waiting for delivery from somewhere
    in Syberia. It's a clone of T-14 with Russian letters. Huge box
    weighting about 50 kg.

is also a 3-shift, 2 alphabet, Latin/Cyrillic printer!  So looks like 
there were three different models of Latin/Cyrillic printers made.
The STA-M67B is a tape printer and looks a little like a M14.  I know 
that Teletype Corp sold the rights to the M14 & M15 to various 
companies. I had heard of a Russian version of the M14, but was not 
aware of a 2 alphabet model.
