[GreenKeys] Dovetron TTY speed converter

I have a Dovetron TSC-1000 Speed Controller with manual if anyone can use
it. It was used with a Model 43 ASR back in the day.
It is nice and clean, could pass for new. But it has been 20 years or more
since it was used last.
