[GreenKeys] source for old outlet plugs

I'm trying to get all the electrical plugs on my M19 table back to 
original, and assemble an extra set to allow using a modern 120VDC
power supply in place of the REC-30 if needed. 

There are a series of now-obscure plugs where the M15, rectifier, 
etc plug in to the table... I think it's all pre-NEMA so there are
probably not direct modern equivalents but I bet someone knows
where to find these! 

I especially want the four-blade one, since that is how the M15 is
supposed to plug into the switched power from the table; on mine
someone had cut off the end and twisted on a modern two-blade 
cord from a lamp or something, and I've had to have separate ground
wires hooked up, etc.
