On further research, this plug looks suspiciously similar to a
modern staight-blade NEMA 18-20P, so I may bite the bullet and order
one to try it.
The DC plug (slanted blades) turns out to be dimensionally compatible
with standard Australian wall sockets, according to this really neat
site: http://www.fam-oud.nl/~plugsocket/NorthAm2.html so I'll try and
find an australian extension cord or something like that...
That leaves the third, which looks like a US pre-NEMA T-slot plug,
for which I've yet to find a source.
Just answering my own questions here... :)
(Grainger, of course, had no idea about any of these)
