*Well, I can tell you what the european format was, or to be more precise, the telegraph offices
that were connected to the Gentex net. They started with LTR or FIG, often 2 of them, and ended
with CRLF. I am not convinced that there were 20 positions, I seem to remember 18, but that may be
a national issue.
