[GreenKeys] TELEX Answerback format

Hello list people:

I am looking for a specification for the answer back response used on the Telex 
network in the old days.
Did it end with a CR LF or was it just a structured line not exceeding 20 
characters?
Having used Google, it seems to have a variety of answers.
