[GreenKeys] TELEX Answerback format

The typical format is:

LTRS CR LF 123456 abcd a

The LTRS CR LF section is quite important as you never now in what level
and position the receiving machine is when it receives the incoming call.

The above explained sample is ITU standard but it was not followed by all
countries.
Even France did use something different standard like F123456 ABCD or
Australia did use ABCD AA123456.
As I remember from communication with the US, they often used abbrevations
of their company name without any added number.

If you are looking for a specific old number I can maybe help you.
I have a couple of old Telex directories, even international ones.
