It is an FRXD. One of the photos shows the tag. Compare it to this photo:

The FRXD is the model 14/15-era predecessor of the model 28-RT. The
mechanism on the left of the photo is a transmitter-distributor with a
climbing head that reads up to the last character punched. These are
tape-relay units, not crypto.

The eBay one looks like it is missing the sheet metal cover that should be
over the tape reader on the left and the chad box on the lower right.
I have an NOS FXRD with the matching table and might (not sure) have a spare
chad box if someone on the list buys this.

This is an exceedingly curious bit of Teletype equipment as it looks at
first glance as though it were a M14 reperf, but it has more than one
station where tape is manipulated, in addition to what appears to be 5-bit
parallel electrical pickup on the far right front side...perhaps for use in
encryption? Anybody know this?
