[GreenKeys] Not Your Average M14 - eBay

This is an exceedingly curious bit of Teletype equipment as it looks at 
first glance as though it were a M14 reperf, but it has more than one 
station where tape is manipulated, in addition to what appears to be 
5-bit parallel electrical pickup on the far right front side...perhaps 
for use in encryption?  Anybody know this?
