While on the subject of ASR33 R&R, I've got a very clean tabletop model 33
(should there be a stand?0, practically brand new and with very little use,
but I noticed the sound deadening/oil absorbing pad in the bottom
deteriorates upon contact with my finger. Any advice on replacement
material or sources for this? Everything else on the unit is clean as a
pin. Either way I've got to get the old one out of there lest it crumble
and gum up the works.

Thanks,
Cory
