That Kleinschmidt would be the TT-117 or one of its variants for use as part of the AN/FGC-25 or similar Teletypewriter Set.

Some one on the list got the reperf piece not to long ago.  They could use the page printer piece to go with it.  Although their reperf was missing the mating large cable.
