[GreenKeys] Grease and oil

Everybody seems to have their pet theory on the grease and oil for a 33.  Most of them are probably fine.  

I find that 10 or 20 wt non-detergent oil is fine for the oil.  Never 3 in 1 or WD 40.  The grease is not too important as there are only a few places that might require it.  The selector camshaft lobes and the motor gears when replacing them.  All else can be lubed with oil.  A couple small exceptions that I cant think of, but would be obvious when you see them.
