[GreenKeys] Model 28 will not do FIGS anymore

The 0 code bar is for automatic carriage return and line feed.  Do you 
have 216B on the theory of operation?  (or the BSP section 573-115-100TC)

Since the S code bar is not moving you probably don't have to worry about
the front plate mechanism, unless something is jammed there.  You need
to look at the LTRS and FIGS function bars in the stunt box and see
why they are not moving the S code bar from side to side.

You can mess things up taking the front plate off, but the instructions
in the book tell you how to do it correctly and get it back on
correctly.
