Barry,

Likely your paper is slipping. Maybe your roll is rubbing on the cover or some other resistance. Also the platen or small roller that grips the paper could be binding. Check out those issues. There is no adjustment to the pressure on the paper.

Subject: [GreenKeys] ASR33 paper advance

On my ASR33, the paper does not does not advance when the platen
dvances. If I apply pressure to the paper, pushing the paper against
he platen, the paper does advance in unison with the platen. Is
here any adjustment for the amount of force the rollers apply to the
aper so that there is pressure being put onto the paper so that the
laten can advance it? The platen itself seems awfully hard and is
ery smooth.
Any ideas?
Many thanks for any information you suggest.
