[GreenKeys] Curiosity - Cover ID?

The cover in the upper right of the image is for a Model 15
punch that is used on a Model 19ASR and some lesser
known applications.

Which leaves me without one piece for the unit, the punch
cover. Everything else needed has been located, is here, of

this cover to work, but it would be nice to find the proper
