[GreenKeys] Curiosity - Cover ID?

Hi all:

The punch unit cover I got along with my Typesetter isn't a 
typesetter cover. Can anyone identify what equipment if 
might have been off?

One of the photos on my page shows it in the upper right 
hand quadrant - the main unit cover on the left is correct:

Which leaves me without one piece for the unit, the punch 
cover. Everything else needed has been located, is here, of 
on the way. It is possible that I might be able to modify 
this cover to work, but it would be nice to find the proper 
one.
