At some risk of getting too far off subject:

Congress wasn't smart enough to come up with this digital TV idea all 
by their "little ole self".  They had a lot of help hiding behind the 
curtain somewhere.  As always, follow the money.  

I agree, it wasn't the TV stations.

I was just looking at the FCC propaganda on that issue earlier today. 
Some of our local stations have had their ERP cut by as much as 6 dB 
yet the FCC claims the coverage will be the same or nearly so.  Bull!
