There is a simple trick to tuning a multi-band antenna of any sort.

Start at the highest frequency. This is the shortest section of the
assembly. Then work you're way up the bands.

So, 10, 12, 15, 17, 30, 40, 60 then lastly 80 meters.

I have a similar multi-band antenna and when i first put it together
it was awful. Until I I made the 10 meter section almost 2 feet
shorter. (due to the crappy ground reference I was using.) Once
I got that right, the other bands fell into place.
