[GreenKeys] Got the ASR-28 working in local loop!!

I wanted to let everyone know that I got the ASR-28 working in local loop this evening! I know that this sounds silly, but this is a big step for me. 

Tomorrow, I will attempt to get "on line" with an RS-232 to Loop current converter. That will be the next step.

I still have to go through my TT\L- 2 converter before I am able to receive off the air or through ITTY, and that might take a few weeks. I have started, but will not be able to devote too much time to this until spring break due to teaching and class load.

Just wanted to say thankyou again to Jack WA2HWJ for all of his help with this!
